Camp-Resort Guide


Visitors Policy:

Visitors will be welcome to visit the following attractions during operating hours with a limited number of Day Fun Passes available online for select dates. Reserved Day Passes for Water Wizards Waterpark (water zone, waterslides, and pool) and Jellystone ParkTM NB attractions (mini-golf, jumping pillow, jumping pad, target tag, and playgrounds) are sold for specific dates and times and must be used on the date/time indicated on the ticket.

Reserved day passes do not include access to Yogi BearTM Recreation Department organized activities such as Hayrides or Fire Truck rides. These Reserved Day Passes are only offered on select dates and must be purchased in advance.

VISITORS: will be welcome to visit our camping guests this summer with pre-registration by the registered camping guest prior to the visitor’s arrival (min. 2 hours prior to visit). There will be a maximum of 6 visitors (including children) permitted per day, per site and the visitors will be required to pay a visitor fee upon arrival each day they visit – Adults $29.95 + tax, Children 3 years and up $29.95 + tax (Includes use of the waterslides, mini golf, jumping pillow, kiddie jump pad, target tag, water zone, and pools during operating hours), 2 years and under Free, Adults 55 Years & up $5 (tax included – No activities included, pool only).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Check in for all cabins is at 3 pm  (sorry, no early check-in available) – You may arrive anytime after 1pm to enjoy the activities and then stop in at the Ranger Station to pick up your cabin key at 3pm.

All other sites may check in at 1 pm (sorry, no early check-in available).

Check out for cabins is at 11am. All other sites is at 12pm. There is no late check out option. If you are still on site past check out time you will be charged $20 hourly up to the cost of the additional day. Regardless of the late check out fee paid, this does not entitle the guest to another night’s stay.

OCCUPANCY: Pricing for all sites is based on the occupancy of 2 adults with up to 4 children. Additional costs are applicable for guests over and above and range according to age.

  • Tent sites  have a maximum of 4 adults or 1 family unit.
  • RV sites have a maximum of 6 persons.
  • Our Cabins have a maximum of 6 persons.

DEPOSITS: To guarantee your campsite or cabin, a deposit equal to your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.

A Site lock fee of $20 plus tax will also be applied to the initial deposit and is applicable for specific site requests or group requests to be together. This lock fee is non-refundable.

Any remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in and will be automatically charged. You may also use the link emailed in your reservation confirmation email to pay. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 888-222-9644 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund minus the cancellation fee of $25. Text, Facebook chat and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. The Lock fee is $20 (plus HST) and is non-refundable. The Online booking fee of $5.00 (plus HST) is non-refundable.

Campsite & Tent Cancellation: Cancellations must be RECEIVED AT LEAST 7 DAYS before arrival. Cancellations with less than seven days’ notice and no-shows will be charged a one-night deposit fee. 

Cabin Cancellation: Cancellations must be received at least 30 days before arrival. If you give us 29 days or less notice before your arrival date, you will be charged the two-night base rental fee (two – four-night stays) and refund any remaining balance of your deposit, or if staying five – seven-night stays, you will be charged a three-night base rental fee and refund the balance of your deposit.

MODIFYING A RESERVATION: Any changes to reservations must be made prior to the cancellation deadlines. If changes are made prior to the cancellation deadline there is no fee. If changes are made to the dates within the cancellation deadline the deposit will be forfeited. Text, Facebook chat and email notifications of  changes are not acceptable.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

We are a family-oriented park, and we all have a good time. We reserve the right to protect the rights of all our guests, trees, and other natural beauties for the benefit and safety of all.

  • The all-inclusive bracelets are valid each day from check-in time (any time after 1 pm) until check-out time at noon the next day.
  • Please, for each camper’s enjoyment, only one vehicle and/or trailer per site. Check at Ranger Station regarding 2nd vehicle parking.
  • Parents are responsible for their children’s actions. Children are to be accompanied to washrooms and pools. They are to be at your site during quiet hours.
  • Bikes, rollerblades, and skateboards are used during daylight hours only. NO BIKES out after dark!! HELMETS required!
  • NO MOTORIZED Scooters, Hoverboards, Golf carts, e-bikes, ATVs, or any other motorized devices are permitted at our campground unless it is a scooter used for accessibility requirements.
  • All campfires must be extinguished by midnight for everyone’s enjoyment and safety.
  • Liquor on campsite only. No walking around the park, please.
    Please do not move fire rings at campsites. Check at Ranger station if one is in the wrong location.
  • No washing of RVs or any personal vehicles, please. No Grey Water is permitted on the ground.
  • NO SMOKING POLICY: “Clean Air for Kids” – Jellystone Park is a Smoking Free campground which means that if you smoke/vape during your stay, you must do so inside your camper, RV, or vehicle (with windows and doors closed). We also provide two designated smoking areas; one is close to the Ranger Station/Campstore and one in Boo Boo Land, so watch for signs showing these areas. Since the Province of New Brunswick enacted the Smoke-Free Places Act on July 1, 2015, we felt that it was essential to provide children visiting Jellystone Park NB with Clean Air Quality they deserve.
  • ALSO, in the Province of New Brunswick, consumption of combustible cannabis is prohibited everywhere but a private dwelling. Therefore, COMBUSTIBLE CANNABIS IS PROHIBITED AT JELLYSTONE PARK. Thanks for your cooperation!
  • To extend your stay, please check at Front Desk by 11:00 am on the day of the scheduled departure, pending availability.
  • SAFE, SLOW DRIVING IS A MUST for cars and bicycles. Children are at play throughout the entire park. Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit on all park roads.
  • Entrance to the campground property constitutes permission for the management of this park to photograph the visitors while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purposes without compensation to the visitor.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Respect other campers. Please do not travel through campsites on the way to washrooms or other areas of the park.

PETS POLICY:   Pets are not permitted inside or around our cabins/cottages except for our pet-friendly Premium Cabins with pre-registration.   All pets must be on a leash at campsites and when walking to and from your campsite. Please do not leave your pet unattended, and pets are not permitted in any buildings at the park or inside any fenced areas. Please clean up after your furry buddy both on your site and away from the site. Check your campsite map for our designated dog walk areas and Dog Park for your convenience.  Dogs displaying hostility or aggression, regardless of breed, will be requested to leave the campground along with their owners. Excessive barking can be disruptive to other campers, so if your pet tends to be vocal, alternative accommodations should be sought away from the campground.  Guests are responsible for the actions of their pets.

CAMPFIRE POLICY: Campfires are to be extinguished no later than midnight. We realize that campfires are an important component of camping and want a policy that helps balance safety and a restful environment for our guests.

TRASH DISPOSAL & RECYCLING: Trash cans are located throughout the park. Please sort garbage/recyclables and place them in the appropriate receptacles/designated cans.

BEDDING FOR CABINS: For those renting our cabins, please note that bedding and bathroom essentials (linens) are not provided and should be brought along with you.

EVICTION: We retain the right to decline service and/or access to the campground at our discretion. Immediate eviction without refund will be enforced for loud noise or music, vulgar language, abusive behavior, or any form of disturbance. Individuals evicted due to issues involving alcohol consumption and cannabis use will be escorted off the premises by a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Force.

What Time Do the Water Wizard Waterslides and Waterzone Open?

Waterslides – Open Sunday – Friday 2pm – 8pm; Saturday 12 noon – 8 pm

Water Zone Open:

  • Sunday – Thursday: 11 am to 8:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday 11 am – 9:00 PM
What Time Does the Jumping Pillow Open?

They are open from 9:30 am – 11:30 am and 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm Daily (weather permitting). Participants must be three years old or older to use the pillow. There is a kiddie jump pad for ages five years and under. Parents must supervise children ages 3 – 11 years at the Jumping Pillow at all times. All small children must also be supervised on the Kiddie Jump Pad at all times.

Campfire Policy

Campfires are to be extinguished no later than midnight. We realize that campfires are an important component of camping and want a policy that helps balance safety and a restful environment for our guests.

Where Is the Camper’s Heated Pool Located?

You can find the Camper’s Heated Pool beside the Target Tag, which is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please note that the camper’s only pool is NOT SUPERVISED. Thus, children 12 years and under must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.

What Time Does the Target Tag Game Open?
  • Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Where is Cindy Pavilion?

You can find Cindy Pavilion in Boo Boo Land beside the washroom building. You may take the walkway behind the waterslides or use the roadway. NO PARKING is available when activities occur at Cindy Pavilion, so please walk or have someone drop you off.

Where is the Laundry Room?

There are two 24 Hr. laundry facilities. The first one is beside the Water Zone, in the washroom building, across from the basketball court. You can find the other in Boo Boo Land washroom building.
